Who is behind PseudoSoft?

PseudoSoft is the studio of Asadullah Shahbaz - founder, developer and designer in personal union. Over 5 years of web experience, started the first HTML project at 15. Today a studio from Germany.

What projects do you accept?

We focus on five disciplines: websites, branding, software, mobile apps, and AI automation. We currently work with ambitious brands, SMEs and SaaS products - from premium crafts to investment platforms.

How many projects do you take on per quarter?

A maximum of four projects per quarter. We want to give every project our full attention - no pipeline mentality.

We operate primarily on a remote basis, with in-person meetings arranged as needed to best support your project requirements.

Fixed price after briefing call. We scope pages, complexity and CMS requirements, calculate - and you get a concrete figure before anyone starts. No hourly rate trickery.

What does a branding cost?

Fixed price after briefing - identity package (logo + visual identity + basics) or full design system with brand guidelines. Individual modules cannot be booked.

How does the payment work?

We require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. For extended projects, billing is divided into defined milestones. Standard payment terms are net 14 days.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes - maintenance, hosting and content management in a monthly package. Fixed price according to scope, scalable according to requirements. Includes updates, security patches and small adjustments.

A focused marketing site: 4-6 weeks. Branding: 6-8 weeks. Software projects: from 12 weeks. Concrete schedule after briefing.

Four phases: Strategy (briefing, research, concept) → Design (wireframes, visual design, prototyping) → Build (development, integration, QA) → Launch (migration, go-live, hand-off + training).

How much effort do I have to plan for as a client?

Depending on the project, 4-10 hours per week during the active phases - primarily for reviews, content delivery and feedback. We deliberately keep the effort low.

What technologies do you use?

Stack: Next.js 16, TypeScript, React 19, PostgreSQL/Postgres-as-a-Service, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting. Headless CMS selection depending on the project (Sanity, Contentful, Payload).

Where is the website hosted?

The standard is Vercel - global CDN, automatic scaling, preview deploys per PR. Own hosting requests possible (AWS, Hetzner, Netlify).

Is the website GDPR compliant?

Yes. All websites come with a cookie banner (if necessary), privacy-compliant analytics implementation and EU-compliant hosting (Vercel with DPA + standard contractual clauses).

Yes - upon full payment we transfer the exclusive right of use. Source code repository will be transferred to your GitHub/GitLab.
